Project management is core to the skills and expertise of Cadre Plan. Not only are we skilled to design and manage projects with tools such as MS Project, but we also understand how to use a process driven methodology to derive at set milestones in a controlled environment.
We use the PRINCE2 methodology.
PRINCE2 is based on seven principles, seven themes and seven processes.
The seven principles are: Continued business justification, learn from experience, defined roles and responsibilities, manage by stages, manage by exception, focus on products and tailored to suit the project environment.
The seven themes are: business case, organisation, quality, plans, risk, change and progress.
